Refund Policy

At PLUS LEARNING, we strive to provide the best educational experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we have established this refund policy to address such situations fairly.

Refund Timeline

Within 7 Days of Enrollment

100% Refund (minus processing fees of ₹500)

Applicable only if no live classes have been attended and no study materials have been accessed.

8-15 Days After Enrollment

50% Refund

Applicable if less than 3 live classes have been attended. Processing fees will be deducted.

After 15 Days

No Refund

Refunds are not available after 15 days of enrollment, except in special circumstances.

Special Circumstances

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

Medical Emergencies: Serious illness or hospitalization of the student (valid medical certificate required)
Relocation: Family relocation to a different time zone making class attendance impossible
Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems from our end that prevent course access (documented)

How to Request a Refund

Submit Request

Email your refund request to admin@pluslearning.ac.in with your enrollment details

Include Required Information

Student name, enrollment ID, reason for refund, and any supporting documents

Review Process

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees
  • Study material costs (if physical materials have been dispatched)
  • Test series fees (if any tests have been attempted)
  • Processing and transaction fees
